What an Aleksander Aamodt Kilde. The Norwegian champion - one of the greatest Super-G racers - literally dominated the first of the two super-G races scheduled in Bormio Ski World Cup 2021. This is his first victory on Stelvio. Kilde started 11, did very well right from the start and soon became quite clear that his was a very high profile race. Very narrow lines, excellent trajectories and very few mistakes are the secrets of his fourth victory of the season (the third  one in Super-G). Kilde has gained 100 important points and the Super-G leadership with 1’27”95, on a perfect Stelvio.

Second place is a surprising one for in Austrian Raphael Haaser! He started 25, managed to give his best and in the end he was behind Kilde with +0.72. 23 years old from Austria, Haaser got a 8th and an 11th place in Beaver Creek and an excellent Super-G 4th place last year in Saalbach,. Today's podium is the first in his career.

Third place is for another Austrian, Vincent Kriechmayr, +0.85 from the leader., The American Ryan Cochran-Siegle missed the podium for only 0.05. Beat Feuz got a 5th place (+1”13) while Odermatt is 8th. As for the Italians, Mattia Casse's got a 10th place (+1”48), his  performance was a good one with some mistakes. Christof Innerhofer did very good too while it was a rather bad day for Dominik Paris who, after a very good upper part, finished in 24th position.
