Bormio is ready for the Ski World Cup

The local authorities and council members of Regione Lombardia presented the Men's DH and Super-G World Cup races.

Yesterday, in Sondrio, the local authorities and the Mountain and Sports council members of Regione Lombardia presented the Men’s DH and Super-G World Cup races scheduled in Bormio on December 28 - 29. These competitions, which already boast prestige and a long tradition, will be the best presentation for the Milan - Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics candidature.

The Stelvio slope in Bormio is ready and it will open on Saturday, December 1. The recent snowfalls and the snow made by the improved snowmaking system have made it possible to prepare the piste even better, a piste which is among the most prestigious and challenging of the entire circuit.
